FACI 258 boiler: a review after five years of use

TEYA-BAIKAL LLC has been using a FACI 258 pellet boiler for five years to heat warehouses in Irkutsk, where winters can be very cold. The company representative shares their impressions of the boiler:

- To heat the storage areas in our various warehouses, we used electricity: electric boilers, convectors, electric heat guns, etc. Having tried different options for heating storage areas during the long Siberian heating season and weighed all the pros and cons, in 2014 we purchased a FACI 258 boiler to heat a 2325 m² warehouse with a volume of more than 16,000 m³. Despite the large one-off investment in purchasing and delivering the FACI 258 and installing the flue and the boiler, our expectations and calculations were more than justified, - says the company representative. - The costs paid for themselves completely in less than one and a half heating seasons. Electricity consumption is minimal. Since purchasing FACI boilers, we are confident that we meet the temperature conditions for storing and handling goods required by our partners.

In 2019 the company purchased a second FACI boiler as a backup heat source.

- FACI automatically fed pellet boilers, which is very important, meet all fire safety and environmental requirements. In all the time we have used FACI boilers, the only thing we regret is not buying them sooner, - concludes the company representative.
