With Russian production capacity at record utilisation over the last two years, demand for industrial
block-modular boiler houses is growing.
According to the Central Bank, "capacity utilisation in Russia in the second quarter of 2023 was 80.9%", a new all-time high. "In the first half of this year, industrial output also grew by 4.4% compared with the same period of 2023," reports Rosstat. The high workload of the manufacturing sector and staff shortages make it much harder to find auxiliary and construction crews and hired workers.
What options do entrepreneurs have in these circumstances?
Companies working on a B2B model today offer a wide range of turnkey services that do not require the customer to look for specialists for particular jobs.
We are talking about FACI block-modular boiler houses (BMBH). We offer our customers BMBHs that run on solid fuel (coal, pellets, firewood, wood chips) or on gaseous and liquid fuel (fuel oil, kerosene, etc.).
Advantages of FACI BMBH:
We and our dealers offer ready-made solutions in which the main work has already been done. This greatly simplifies the task and removes the need to find and supervise an installation crew for long-term, large-scale work - everything has already been done for you! All you have to do is place the boiler house on a prepared surface and connect it to the chimney and the heating network.
One of our partners, ISM GROUP , produces pellet block-modular boiler houses based on FACI boilers. An example of its work is shown in the photos. With such a boiler, a 258 kW BMBH heats residential and production premises with an area of 2580 m².
