An impressive FACI GAS 2400 for heating a greenhouse complex

Another project completed: we manufactured and installed a 2400 kW FACI GAS hot water boiler to heat the greenhouse complex of AGROS-T-VELES in Troitsk, Chelyabinsk Region.

AGROS-T-VELES is a fast-growing agricultural company. Its site includes warehouses and large greenhouse complexes. It was to heat these complexes that the customer chose a 2400 kW FACI GAS boiler with overall dimensions of 3498x1602x1890 mm.

The gas boiler has a special configuration that distributes the heat carrier evenly around the entire water jacket. This prevents large temperature differences in the heat carrier circulating through the boiler. The FACI GAS combustion chamber has an inverted cylindrical shape with radially arranged fire tubes. Special hot gas swirlers - turbulators - are installed in the tubes. All these features ensure maximum heat transfer from the hot gases to the heat carrier, provide an efficiency of up to 95% and save fuel.

In addition, any type of burner can be connected to FACI gas boilers. This saves money when installing equipment, as there is no need to buy a separate burner for a new boiler.

The doors are lined with a special heat-resistant compound. The casing has a high-density thermal insulation coating. All this reduces heat loss in FACI industrial gas boilers to virtually zero.
