Results of the FACI-RUS 2024 international dealer conference

On 30 May 2024, our company's annual event came to an end - the international FACI-RUS 2024 dealer conference.

The programme was very busy: over two days, participants visited several production sites, watched the assembly stages of boilers and block-modular boiler houses, took part in master classes and shared their experience of working with customers.

2023 was the most successful year in FACI's entire history. As part of a state programme to convert liquid fuel and coal boiler houses to pellet heating, FACI-RUS carried out a special project: two block-modular boiler houses (4000 and 5000 kW) with a universal fuel feed were manufactured for the Jewish Autonomous Region. This became the starting point for producing high-capacity BMBHs.

Of course, our partners play a huge part in the company's success and development. Participants greeted the ceremonial part of the event - the dealer awards - with loud applause. The best partners (by the number of FACI products sold) received "Expert Dealer 2023" or "Breakthrough of the Year 2023" statuettes.

An important part of the conference was the presentation of the new FACI boiler control panel and a dispatching system that allows block-modular boiler houses of up to 20,000 kW to be controlled and provides all information on BMBH operation in real time. Much attention was paid to technical aspects - the specifics of connecting boilers at customer sites.

Conference participants learned a lot of new things. The event made it possible to look at familiar things and processes from a different angle, as well as to talk in a relaxed atmosphere and share experience with colleagues from all regions of Russia and neighbouring countries.
