Coal is considered to be the fuel with the highest calorific value. Coal heating is the best option for many companies. In Siberia in particular, coal is traditionally one of the cheapest fuels, which explains the high popularity of this type of heating.

Why choose the FACI BLACK coal boiler?

1. Complete fuel combustion and efficiency of up to 93% The components of FACI coal boilers reduce fuel consumption, increase boiler energy efficiency and make coal heating white, i.e. clean - without dirt, dust and soot. Let's see how it works. The two-layer reinforced auger spiral, combined with a high-power geared motor, delivers coal with a fraction of up to 50 mm to the burner and breaks up larger pieces that get into the hopper. The design of the FACI BLACK burner ensures almost complete combustion of even low-quality coal thanks to the afterburning zone (located around the burner) and a special opening that admits oxygen to intensify combustion. The flue gases from the burnt fuel pass AROUND the cylindrical heat exchangers many times. This allows maximum heat to be extracted from the flue gases and an efficiency of more than 93% to be achieved.

2. Ease of operation

Quick connection of the FACI automatic coal boiler takes little time. Control is convenient and pleasant thanks to the FACI CONTROL touch control system, which allows the boiler to be set up and monitored remotely.
The FACI coal boiler burner is easily removable, so if you need to replace it, you can do it in literally 5-10 seconds.
In addition, FACI BLACK can use not only coal but also pellets and firewood as fuel.

3. Spacious hopper

The standard hoppers of FACI coal boilers with a capacity of 500 - 2000 l mean fuel needs to be loaded rarely. If you need to increase the boiler's autonomy, you can install an additional DI STRADA hopper of 7 to 22 m³, which is compatible with all FACI coal boilers.
