[Special project] Block-modular boiler houses made for the Jewish Autonomous Region

FACI quickly manufactured and shipped two BMBHs to the Jewish Autonomous Region.

As part of a state programme to convert liquid fuel and coal boiler houses to pellet heating, FACI-RUS carried out a special project: two block-modular boiler houses (4000 and 5000 kW) with a universal fuel feed were manufactured for the Jewish Autonomous Region.

The boiler houses run on nine FACI boilers of 1000 kW each. The BMBHs are also equipped with:

• heat exchangers;
• hot water supply systems;
• nine outdoor stores with automatic fuel feed, with a capacity of 17 m³ each;
• staff rooms.

At the customer's request, we developed a universal fuel feed that also supports coal fuel in automatic mode in case pellets are unavailable.

After that, the FACI team promptly sent 9000 kW in the form of modular units to the customer. After all, the main advantage of block-modular boiler houses is that they are easy to install and transport or dismantle (and all this takes little time). In particular, the two boiler houses for the Jewish Autonomous Region consist of 18 transportable units carried on ordinary low-loaders without special permits. This is exactly why leasing companies often finance such projects.

 
The customer only needs to place the units on site and connect them to the existing external networks (heat supply, water supply, sewerage). In general, installing a small block-modular boiler house usually takes 4 to 8 hours.
