Now international: the FACI-RUS dealer conference has grown to CIS scale

The FACI-RUS Plant gathered more than 40 representatives of its dealer network at its production site in Chelyabinsk - as part of what is now not an all-Russian but an international dealer conference, "FACI-RUS 2023".

The FACI-RUS Plant gathered more than 40 representatives of its dealer network at its production site in Chelyabinsk - as part of what is now not an all-Russian but an international dealer conference, "FACI-RUS 2023".

The event became an important occasion for the industrial heating world of Russia and neighbouring countries: conference participants attended master classes on setting up modern boiler equipment, including hands-on experience with the new touch control system, and learned about the production and operation of FACI boilers. Dealer network representatives saw with their own eyes the latest design developments across the entire FACI product group.

In addition, guests got to know the FACI CAMINO pellet stove and learned about the advantages of FACI block-modular boiler houses (BMBH), which are easy to deliver and connect.

The conference paid attention to fuel types and quality and to the specifics of connecting boiler equipment in different conditions and for different purposes. Participants discussed market conditions and the factors affecting them, and set strategic goals for the coming year.

Among the master classes and discussions there was also room for informal communication - the kind South Ural weather allowed part of the event to be held outdoors over a portion of fragrant shashlik.

Dealers with a long history in boiler equipment noted that, even with many years of experience in this field, they learned a lot at the FACI conference, and the event allowed them to look at familiar things and processes from new angles. The organisers, in turn, promised to consider holding the FACI-RUS conference annually from now on.
