Boiler description:

Three-pass fire-tube hot water boiler with a cylindrical furnace, flue gas reversal chamber and flue. The FACI GAS GRANDE industrial three-pass fire-tube hot water boiler is designed to generate heat at the lowest cost. It is 100% made in Russia using Italian technology and is used to heat residential, public, warehouse, agricultural and industrial buildings.

How do three-pass boilers differ from two-pass boilers?

Compared with two-pass boilers, the three-pass FACI GAS GRANDE has an additional row of convection tubes. This increases the number of passes of the hot flue gases and the heat exchange area, giving you a lower flue gas temperature and higher energy efficiency. Three-pass boilers burn fuel more completely and minimise harmful emissions into the atmosphere.

Features of FACI GRANDE gas boilers

Only high-quality metal from leading domestic steel mills is used to build the boiler. Thanks to this, professionally made welds and multi-level quality control, the service life is up to 20 years. Every boiler body undergoes extreme hydraulic testing.

The three-pass furnace has a low combustion chamber heat release rate, which makes burner settings easy and minimises NOx in the flue gases. The boiler's low aerodynamic resistance and suitably sized furnace tube allow the best possible burner selection.

Warranty

When running on gas and diesel fuel — 36 months from commissioning, but no more than 42 months from shipment from the manufacturer;

The FACI boiler equipment plant carries out the full production cycle in-house. Materials arrive as sheet metal and seamless tubes and leave for the warehouse as finished products ready for you.
