A MODULAR BOILER HOUSE is a transportable, factory-assembled boiler house fully ready for operation.
The FACI boiler equipment plant supplies modular boiler houses with outputs from 105 to 1000 kW based on one or more automatic boilers.
A FACI modular boiler house is an excellent solution for heating:
- Production workshops;
- Warehouses;
- Administrative buildings (schools, kindergartens, offices);
- Apartment buildings;
- Greenhouse complexes;
- Car service centres and car washes;
- Holiday centres, swimming pools and saunas;

Why choose a modular boiler house?
Modular boiler houses have long been a mass-market product thanks to their many advantages:
- A fully assembled boiler house arrives on site — it only needs to be connected to the heating system;
- No cost of constructing a permanent building for the boiler house;
- Manufactured quickly (30 to 90 days);
- The boiler house can be moved to other sites;

A FACI modular boiler house is a fully finished boiler house assembled at the FACI plant. When it arrives on site, it only needs to be placed on a firm, stable surface, the chimney installed and the heating system connected.
Thanks to its large fuel hopper, the boiler house is highly autonomous. And that is not the limit: additional solutions (DI STRADA Vibro, DI STRADA, FONDO VIVO) take autonomy to the absolute maximum.
All automatic boilers installed in a FACI boiler house have the highly functional FACI Control panel. During its 2 years of development our engineers did everything to make the boiler convenient to operate for both professionals and ordinary users.
To save fuel, FACI Control can set the boiler to various operating modes:
- Weather-compensated control;
- Operation by schedule and day of the week;
- "Summer" mode (DHW priority);
- Operation by room thermostat.
With FACI Control the boiler can also run on specially developed algorithms that increase autonomy, extend boiler life and minimise fuel consumption.
With the FACI Smart app you can control the boiler from your smartphone via the internet. FACI Smart fully duplicates all the functions of the FACI Control panel on your mobile phone without any restrictions. You can view the boiler's full history in the event log at any time, adjust any parameters and receive instant alerts if anything abnormal happens.

Block-modular boiler houses (BMBH) are in demand everywhere, from housing and utilities to the largest industrial sites of various enterprises, including the oil and gas industry. Modular boiler houses generate relatively cheap heat, allowing invested funds and resources to be recovered as quickly as possible.
An automated block-modular boiler house is a fully prepared and equipped structure capable of fully automatic operation. Its remote monitoring and control system lets the dispatcher make the necessary adjustments to operation based on incoming data without leaving the office. All automatic boilers installed in a FACI boiler house have a highly functional control panel. It took two years to develop, and the engineers did a really good job: it is very easy to use, both for professionals and beginners
