Boiler description:

A GAS-FIRED MODULAR BOILER HOUSE is a transportable, factory-assembled boiler house fully ready for operation.

The FACI boiler equipment plant supplies gas-fired modular boiler houses with outputs from 0.1 to 70 MW based on one or more FACI GAS boilers.

FACI gas-fired block-modular boiler house is an excellent solution for heating:

  • Villages, residential complexes, apartment buildings;
  • Administrative buildings (schools, kindergartens, offices);
  • Production workshops;
  • Large warehouses and logistics complexes;
  • Greenhouse complexes;
  • Car service centres and car washes;
  • Holiday centres, sanatoriums and guest houses.
Why choose a modular boiler house?

It is an excellent factory-built solution with certification of internal and external components. Modular boiler houses have long been a mass-market product thanks to their many advantages:

  • A fully assembled boiler house arrives on site — it only needs to be connected to the heating system;
  • No cost of constructing a permanent building for the boiler house;
  • Manufactured quickly (30 to 90 days);
  • The boiler house can be moved to other sites;
  • One square metre of a permanent building costs far more than one square metre of a modular boiler house and the land it stands on. Placing the boiler house inside the building to be heated is therefore much more expensive. The space saved can be used more rationally and profitably;
  • The boiler house can be leased as a finished factory product;
  • The warranty covers the whole boiler house as a factory product, not individual pieces of equipment;
  • High liquidity. The boiler house can be sold and moved to another owner.

A FACI modular boiler house is a fully finished boiler house assembled at the FACI plant. When it arrives on site, it only needs to be placed on a firm, stable surface, the chimney installed and the heating system connected.

The modular building meets all quality standards and fits transport dimensions without any restrictions. You can move the boiler house to another site or sell it at any time. You can also lease a FACI modular boiler house as a finished product.

A FACI modular boiler house is fast, convenient and economical!

Certificates

Gas-fired block-modular boiler houses (BMBH) are used everywhere: from housing and utilities to large industrial sites, including the oil and gas industry. These boiler houses produce low-cost heat, which allows a quick return on investment. Automated block-modular boiler houses are fully finished and equipped structures capable of autonomous operation. A remote monitoring and control system lets the dispatcher make adjustments right from the office. All boilers inside a FACI boiler house are equipped with a highly functional control panel that is convenient for both professionals and beginners. The structure can consist of several modules that are easy to transport thanks to their compact size.

Technical specifications

  1. Heat output, Gcal/h (MW).
  2. Type of fuel used.
  3. Required mains voltage, V.
  4. Power consumption, kW.
  5. Efficiency.
  6. Water temperature in the heating circuit.
  7. Water temperature in the domestic hot water (DHW) circuit.
Thanks to the automated system, block-modular boiler houses do not require permanent attendance by operating staff. All changes to the operating process are made automatically, and information is monitored at the control room. Automatic control includes:
  1. Continuous monitoring of all instruments and sensors.
  2. Control of the heating boiler.
  3. Switching to the standby circuit in the event of a fault.
  4. Automatic shut-off of fuel supply in an emergency.
  5. Full control of the power supply.
To save fuel, the boilers can be set to several modes:
  1. Weather-compensated.
  2. By day of the week.
  3. "Summer" mode.
  4. Thermostat-controlled.
The FACI Control system works according to a special algorithm that extends equipment life and minimises fuel consumption. The FACI Smart app makes control easier by letting you monitor the process from a smartphone via the internet. The app fully duplicates the functions of the boiler control panel. The user has no restrictions in operation and can view the unit's history and make the necessary adjustments at any time.

Types of block-modular boiler houses

By heat carrier Block-modular boiler houses can be divided into the following categories:
  • Hot water. The heat carrier is water.
  • Steam. Steam is used as the heat carrier.
  • Combined. Two heat carriers — water and steam.
  • Thermal oil. Thermal oil is used as the heat carrier.
By fuel type:
  • Solid fuel.
  • Natural gas.
  • Electric.
  • Liquid diesel fuel or fuel oil.
  • Combined.
By placement block-modular boiler houses can be:
  • Free-standing.
  • Attached to a building.
  • Built into a building.
  • Rooftop.

Advantages of a block-modular boiler house

These are not just boilers but complete solutions assembled at the factory. Once the equipment is delivered to the customer's address, it only needs to be placed on a stable, solid surface. Then the chimney is installed and the heating system is connected to the network.
  1. Low cost. The price is lower than for stationary options because no separate building has to be constructed.
  2. Fast manufacturing. On average no more than 90 days, installation takes two weeks.
  3. Mobility. Easy to transport and install on site.
  4. Compactness. They occupy only 1 m², leaving more space for other needs.
  5. Leasing. Can be purchased on lease.
  6. Warranty. Covers the entire package.
  7. High liquidity. Block-modular boiler houses are easy to sell or relocate.
  8. Automation. No need for permanent staff on site.
  9. Operation does not require the permanent presence of technical staff.
  10. Independence from climate conditions. They run all year round thanks to a robust enclosure.
