Description:

Vibro hopper with fuel supply for chips, designed to work in conjunction with the heating boiler FACI FSS.

Performs an automatic fuel supply to the operating hopper of the boiler, which allows you to automate the operation of the boiler for a longer period of time.

The fuel from the vibration hopper to the boiler is moved by means of a screw feeder.

Operating hopper boiler FACI FSS is equipped with two sensors of fuel level: the upper and lower. When the fuel level reaches the upper sensor - the supply of wood chips from the vibrating hopper is stopped. When the fuel level decreases to the lower sensor - the fuel supply is resumed.  

The vibration hopper consists of the vibration drive, the vibration drive controller, the base equipped with the means of orientation and the

auger fuel feeder.

The vibration drive activates the fuel stirring system inside the vibration hopper, preventing its formation of lumps.
